Corporations are Incorporated in the state in which they choose their domicile which in this case is with the secretary of state of Wyoming

Corporations cannot report earnings that are not part of their corporation be it subsidiaries or not hence the paperwork had to be filed with the Secretary of State on November 3rd before any Consolidated Financias could be legally reported


It's shocking that everyone does not know this and I just assume that there was a certain level of knowledge but it appears not
