If I am wrong, post where I am wrong. If I am right, putting Ronin in charge would not be a wise move. The only answer that should be acceptable to all, is a balanced BOD. The newly appointed Avid President, and three BOD appointments were vetted by outside agencies. They are quality professionals. I am sure the Ronin candidates are quality people. We should elect the seven best for the best possible independent BOD. Votes matter, and the OBJECTIVE approach is to understand a very simple concept of independence and checks and balances.
