The 2017 HOMBRE Men of The Year Awards presented by Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège celebrate achievement at the highest level, aiming to inspire and empower next generation of multicultural professionals. The black tie event takes place on Monday, November 13, in New York City.

HOMBRE Award honorees stand out as role models and embody HOMBRE Magazine’s mission of success, and uplifting involvement with the community. They exemplify the very best America has to offer.

This year’s honorees include the following individuals.

‘MasterChef’ judge and restaurateur Aarón Sánchez,
DJ, producer, and community advocate Alex Sensation,
Boxing champion and Hennessey ambassador Saúl ‘Canelo’ Álvarez,
CFDA fashion designer Carlos Campos,
Ballet Hispanico CEO and Creative Director Eduardo Vilaro,
NASCAR champion Daniel Suárez,
Businessman and technology innovator Johnny Falcones,
Fragrance creator Rodrigo Flores-Roux, and
Co-host of Univision’s popular Spanish language television program, “El Gordo y La Flaca,” Raúl De Molina.
As the evening’s title sponsor, Hennessy, the world’s best-selling Cognac will present the V.S.O.P. Privilège Award to a stand-out HOMBRE of the Year. Since 2003, the Hennessy Privilège Award has been given to individuals who, like Hennessy, use their accomplishments to give back to their community.

“Our inaugural awards recognize the Latinos who are truly making a difference in their communities and who are inspiring the next generation of young men to achieve their full potential,” says Francisco Romeo, editorial director and founder, HOMBRE magazine.

The event is also sponsored by Ford Motor Co. and VivaliveTV. Check back later for additional information or email info@hombre1.com
