Yes he said share buyback with ICO money but your not getting the point he said share buyback a long time ago once current. He specifically said that he would buy once current because he couldn't legally when it is not current. So we went current and he didn't buyback and now changed it to when we get ICO money. He is the master at stalling and not doing what he says.
