Explain something to me. If, as you claim, this company no longer has anything to do with Will McCusker, why did it insist on changing its name to "McCusker Holdings Corp"? Why not "Hawley Holdings Corp", or something else unrelated to Will McCusker?
After all, it's undeniable that McCusker drove ALL his companies into the ground. The Oshana settlement agreements and the McCusker bankruptcy filings make that painfully clear. The McCusker name is obviously mud in Texas, Kansas, and elsewhere.
So why the insistence on retaining it?
