I did read read about the Australian patent laws - I can read them without bias since I am not underwater and desperate.

OWCP filed for a Standard Patent in Australia - the Standard patent is the same as a non-provisional patent application with the USPTO.

But what you missed is in the last OWCP filing in Australia - they filed to have the standard patent application converted to a Innovation Patent application - which is as I stated is similar in nature to a provisional patent with the USPTO.

It is amusing that so many invested in OWCP because they thought they owned 7 patents.

Sorry there isn't a patent just a lack of understanding of the patent process.
