I agree to an extent, but the company has taken the steps to get a plane in the air.

I seriously doubt they sabotaged their own efforts by unpacking slides and repacking them, changing parts on a plane that had already been in service, because I seriously doubt that plane came off the showroom floor and parked until Baltia picked it up.

Look at it how you want to, but had the efforts not been made and if they didn't have to deal with a federal office, I am sure this company would have been in operation many years ago although that does not mean they would have succeeded.

This purchase of songbird was plan B not A, A was to get certified with a recently purchased Kalitta Plane and would have drug on for a while longer.

Either way, I see both sides of the coin and I also feel that they have been shafted along the way, it wasn't until the last mini that the FAA stepped up and said the plane was too old, that should had been the issue some time ago, not this late in the game and the FAA after feeling the heat reversed their last decision.
