Sorry but I don't see any evil conspiracies here. Looks like SEC compliant material to me. The conversion of Nasrat's common shares to J series have been outlined in detail in the recent 10K and 10Q's. These documents have been submitted to the SEC for review with no resultant concerns.

But what I am really interested in. . .where is that reference in the 10Q or the CC to the existence of the infamous ratchet price which was spewed several times in the past? Oh that's right. . .it doesn't exit.
