This is a valid question. S Berman has hired an accounting firm to provide audited financials. The letter of intent was held up due to the name change. IMO we should see the letter very soon! Go ONCI/HEXG! This has been discussed at length on the board. I? can’t recall the letter of the accounting firm, but believe that is posted in the stickied DD.
