That is a really good question. I think that some have but really what this company needs is to get some institutional investors... the only way to get them in is
1) get our share price up as some funds are prohibited from trading stock below a certain price
2) if the above is achieved then the market cap goes up which again is a criteria used by funds for their investments
3) get more licensee fee revenue in the door. The less financing the company needs the less dilutive that financing will be
4) get the soft stamp of approval from the DOE

Again, these are just my thoughts but i do know that the bigger investors also look at toxic debt. As the only investor right now is Black Diamond that is a plus. I also think these funds look at contingent liabilities in the form of law suits. Again that has been addressed. They also look at items like management managing costs. The fact that they wrote back to P&L $529k in negotiated reductions from third parties indicate to me that they are running a relatively tight ship.

It is my hope that this company brings in the longer term shareholders but for now i would be content with even the penny stock flippers. More news and partnerships will help.

Just my thoughts...

One last thing... i invested in another penny stock several years ago and i recall management telling me that some of these penny stock analysts charge the company to write reports. I sincerely hope that this company doesnt do that as they do not need to.
