Jochen Siess is Co-Founder of Ncite Neuromedia, a company that aims to transform Education by using video games, apps and other engaging interactive experiences. James has 15 years of experience in managing interactive software development projects. He started his career in Germany pioneering gamified corporate trainings for clients such as BMW, Rolls Royce and Mini Cooper long before the term gamification even existed.

Before heading up all game production at Ncite, Jochen managed Slang in Mexico City, Latin America’s first authorized console video game publisher. He holds a master’s degree in Cultural Studies & Linguistics from Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen.
