well 1 reason for micro penny might be the multiple posts from people claiming scams? The multiple lies and misinformation to try and support the scam claim. You know as well as I do there is one person here who has purposefully given material misinformation and even you have proven time and time again he lies not only on this board but other boards.

Honestly nobody really has to prove anything to you. If you don't want to be in this investment then don't. People have access to all the information that you've pointed and and even more that you haven't. Leave it up to them to decide.

Multiple posts of yelling and screaming of scam and lies doesn't mean much. Keep it real, you started all this because they were late on the financials, you thought they weren't coming and now here they are. They've updated that they will be fully caught up in the next week (i'm giving them 2). The pr's you pointed out have been out for months, but when the stock takes off now they are a problem?
