Great week here again! No more drunken posts from me tonight I promise.

I think DBOX market maker is charged with settling/balancing/clearing shares between EMHTF and EMH but I'm not 100% sure. There is an attributed distribution of US and CAN shares and when volumes are higher on either side, makers need to move shares from one to the other, hence the big ask lots from DBOX.
