Fair value is no longer the .05 I said it was back when the stock was at .15. Its lower than that now because of the potential offering--even if it hasn't happened yet the market is baking that into any future price.
That said, this is stock that for the time being is going to rise and fall based on potential. In that sense it's kind of like investing in a biotech with a promising but unproven drug in an early trial. There's no guarantee of success but if it happens, look out.
Similarly there's no guarantee that Parsi ever gets this concept out of SoCal but if he does, the current pps is a bargain.
I look at GIGL as if it's a .05 long term call option. Makes the gamble a lot more palatable when viewed in that framework.
