I had expected a Dec 2017 bankruptcy but no longer do and admit I was wrong.

I honestly do not think the company is in danger of going away based upon the new deal with Energizer.

Millionaires lending ASTI cash did not impress me but the Energizer deal does. Energizer has resources to do the kind of DD that we can't and they would not engage in a partnership with ASTI if they thought there was a chance ASTI would disappear.

If ASTI is good enough for Energizer, they are good enough for me.
