In my opinion, the regulations for a starting a Mini-IPO appear to have one glaring requirement: AUDITED FINANCIALS. If these geniuses behind $MSPC cannot produce audited current financial statements under normal circumstances, I doubt they will meet this basic requirement in this special situation.
