News service is expensive. Kays maybe doesn't believe in the value of contracting a news release service. To know whether the benefit is made from relay of company pr's would require another staff member to track metrics in house and is that justified ultimately? You can't rely on the news service to tell you that you benefited.

Don't listen to people who are always negative. They're hiding something for sure!
