The one that is propping the bid and stacking the ask. They are taking advantage of the low volume and flipping would be my call. I could be wrong. Volume will take care of that. Or I could dump my 2m that I bought @ .0017- .0020 on them and teach them a lesson cause I don’t think they want them or they would have slapped when the spread closed up.
