The proposal has the meaning for when they need more authorized that do not have to make the decision in a hurry.
The concern is to increase the shares in circulation and that has already been done and that is why the co dilutes shares this moment.It was the NYSE conditionto increase the shares when the co receives more than 2.000.000$ loans.(loans16.000.000)
The funtamental thing is that the co is back in production.
