Ha, insider buying is the single most bullish thing any investor would want to see from insiders, and especially from board members. It is the strongest vote of confidence that can be shown, hands down. And it is especially so on the OTC. No matter how you spin it, there is simply no other way to see insider buying as anything but incredibly positive.
