Hi getmoreshares, I've been a little busy with work.

I don't think this news is bad. Do you?

IMO, instead of the buyback, which they were not willing to pay more than .0002 it looked like, and that was depressing the pps not to advance.

They probably said, we'll increase the AS to pay off EROP, and instead of the buyback plan we'll have cheaper shares from the new AS.

Versus a bankruptcy or other alternative that previously mentioned by tweets that someone in here posted.

I believe this will give them room to breath and pay their debts. IMO.
