Everyone that reads Customer Agreements has read Exhibit A to the Centric Gateway Agreement as filed. It's been available through Edgar and the iBox for almost two years.

You may recall they left some info out under a Request that was approved by the SEC. Ed informed everyone on FB a long time ago that MEC's share is around $.11 per transaction. There may be other fees, too, beyond basic transactions.

Has anybody seen exhibit A (license and fee structure) of the contract? I never have.
