The share count is what it is the only other thing it could be is 113 million restricted shares. Otherwise is just the back and forth of trading uncertain and then buying back and shares bought higher up moving down to try buy under 8 which is causing some to sell. Also there are many who bought on the way up that have made 300 % or more and moving on because they have other plans.
