Elite continues to report false information in their SEC filings...even after warned

Per to the Exchange Agreement the Company exchanged 158,017,321 shares of Common Stock for 24.0344 shares of Series J Preferred and warrants to purchase 79,008,661 shares of common stock at $1.1521 per share.

Wasnt this same SCREW UP in the previous 10Q as well? What's up with the CFO???
