If you had read more of the filings you wouldve known the name changes happened prior to the current ceo. You wouldve known more abouth their other businesses. It does a disservice to others to report scam without doing a full review. It took me going thru multiple reports to know the businesses they were involved in, why revenues decreased to basically nothing, what they had to do to keep moving. If you looked at previous reports you would kniw a lot of the liabilities came in with the mining company.
