Part of the scam is how they use disgraced auditors to help them cook their books. Like the "value" of their assets:

Purchased Patents 1,467,500

They took over the Helix wind assets that had basically no value. There were no patents worth anything. To go further in the weeds, they don't actually own the Helix stuff. It was actually all sold to another company first before Dieter got taken and got into bed with a real sleazy character that gave Helix toxic financing and took them down. What did Helix value those same patents at?:

Patents 97,872

Verified in the last Helix 10Q:

So riddle me this.... How do patents worth under 100K become worth $1,467,500 when going to Sauer? I haven't checked to see if the patents were actually transferred. Probably not since once more, they were already sold to another company. They never fought Sauer in court since there was no value to anything Sauer claimed to have bought so they didn't care.

Back to the shares. Everybody seems to be so worried about my insignificant 16M shares when that many will be issued just when the note is converted. From the last 10-K:

"Of our 273,433,664 issued and outstanding shares, 185,693,772 are currently free trading. In addition, we believe that approximately 87,739,892 shares are currently restricted but are presently eligible or become eligible to become free trading under Rule 144 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, in the next six months."

They are over 350M shares now. Part of the scam is giving out shares for "services". There has never been any transparency what these services are. They have sold over TEN MILLION DOLLARS of stock since inception with nothing to show for it except a couple installed units imported from China. You see those 87,739,892 shares? They were restricted when issued, but become free-trading with time. That is why this will never go up. They finance the company with stock sales at 72% of the going price and they issue tens of millions more shares that get sold as soon as they are eligible.
