What i find most interesting is his financing purposes...the part where he says shareholder buy out. That could mean a ton of things but think of this for a second what if he uses this money to go private and buyout the shares for .0001..Cant see him buying any higher cause then that would clip into what monies he needs. But then again this is the same man who had this deal in place.
