real thing, i want to know how they found out about his stunt...news says a paramedic tried to pull 2 out of his mouth at the end. but who was the first to notify medics?/police?

i think it was for real because commiting suicide, and getting caught should be embarassing, i dont think any sane person wants to be "caught in the act"..i think he honestly just gave up on happiness....
