The SEC was concerned about ICOs which included STB* offering Troptions as a dividend and other PRs. It was suspended Aug 4, cleared and trading resumed Aug 17. The company offered dividends payable in Troptions, got an influx of 50M troptions(8k)and did a forward split 100 for 1.
