The main problem with UPZS, is the lying and deceit coming from James Vowler, the President and CEO.
He just does NOT understand, that his incapability to be honest with shareholders about UPZS's POSITION in the Brewhouse, is hurting the stock.
Until he issues an OTC press release with the TRUE facts, UPZS's stock will continue south.
