Wooferwax, forget Freschfield (FF), its Smart Skinz innovation is only a conceptual idea, FF tried to collaborate with QMC to make it work but it may not work. Hydrogen fuel cells are big and heavy device, if they try to imbed such device in the Smart Skinz itself, I think it is an elusive concept. Stephen never mentioned FF is the Management and Discussion because he sees FF as only an illusive conceptual company, he never took FF seriously. Even if FF does succeed, it will not be buying quantum dot from QMC for at least the next 10 years because at quantum dot price ranging from $100 to $5000 per gram, as expensive as gold, QD solar panel is currently not viable. QD PV solar panel is thing of the distant future, it will be economically viable only when QD price decline to a level compatible to that of silicon at under 20 cents/gram. At that price level, QD solar panel will dominate the market and can realize FF's vision of "smart buildings" as QD PV cells are far more superior than silicon PV cells in generating multiple electrons per photon of light as compared to only 1 electron in silicon PV cells.

Investors would not care if the collaboration with FF has ended without the $1 million from FF, for that paltry of money is only a drop in the swimming pool compared to potential big sales contracts between QMC's film partners and big TV makers, there is absolutely no impact on share price. So don't try to bash the company with your nonsense and ridiculous deceptive utterance "FF is the centre of the Universe" and "credibility". If you try to help a friend in his concept of new invention but if his concept proves to be not viable, does it hurt your "credibility"? The collaboration with FF is not a "deal", it is "helping" FF to make FF's concept works. So end that persistent and ridiculous utterance and be gone and go back to your favourite board of OLED !!!

Stephen: "We have also begun to generate modest revenues from the sale of our quantum dot samples to our display industry customers .... All indications are that these sales volumes will continue to increase".

2017 worldwide TV shipment is around 270 million units, QMC's film partners need to capture only 1.5% of the market or 4 million units with one gram of quantum dot used in each unit. But with blue QD LED as back light, each unit could use 2 grams of quantum dots.

QMC's current annual QD production capacity is 4 tonnes (4,000 Kg, 4 million grams), sales at maximum capacity and at humble and conservative variables below, the projected share price will be:

QD sales in grams_______4,000,000
QD sales price per gram_$100
Gross sale ($)__________$400,000,000
Profit margin___________40%
Net profit______________$160,000,000
Shares (fully diluted)__500,000,000
Net earning per share___0.3200
P/E ratio_______________10
Projected share price___$3.20
