well.i just re-read cgra's PR----they could not have been more clear about their wording ----up-list is a long term corp goal,they did not give any sort of timing other than AFTER 2016 numbers came out,those numbers came out a few months ago---so they are CERTAINLY NOT 1 1/2 years late !!!!!---oil re-works and grow # 2 has taken priority---so I think we can all safely assume everything is on schedule !!!!
