If we get positive indicators in the 10K and 10Q that are consistent with the shareholder letter, I think we just saw the final bottom.

The 10K OTC 30 day deadline for late filing is 11/13. The 10Q is due on 11/14 (45 days after end of quarter per SEC rules).

I'm hoping they meet the 11/14 date with out an extension by use of NT form.
