For all those reading this board, I can attest that the man that introduced me to QMC is a long time QMC investor.

I also worked with him for a couple of years. The individuals that also worked with him have probably 10-20% of ownership in QMC between us all. To my knowledge most if not all of us still have a significant number of our shares still under restriction to trade since we have not processed removing the restriction. This is mostly because we believe the company will succeed and we'll pay to have those restrictions removed when we are ready to sell in the dollar range at our various sell prices.

I am quite confident that this man didn't introduce us all to a con. If you knew him personally as many I know do, you would quickly discredit attempts to call them a group of scam artists.

The man to which I speak is known here as ih8aloss. He has been invested with private placements for much longer than my 4 plus years. He is also a larger shareholder than I to my knowledge, although I've tried to catch up, lol.

I know for a fact that in my 4 plus years, I have not sold shares of QMC in order to play the margin. Granted I wish I had capitalized on the $0.44 spike in 2014, but don't we all, hindsight is 20/20.

From my knowledge, the others in my group of investors haven't sold a single share either. So to call any of them scam artist is just wrong. We have weathered the share price storm of QMC for many years because we believe it to be a legitimate company that has struggled to bring it's product to market due to several factors: lack of experience in the display industry (needed to build connections), switch over from cadmium to cadmium-free in 2016 by OEMs (huge disruption to the whole qdot market as demonstrated by limited number of qdot TVs on the market), and finally refining the quality of the cadmium-free qdots to meet customer specifications for the display industry.

I believe they have met specification requirements based on recent PRs and shareholder letters. This past year's progress has been very much the fire I needed to justify not leaving this stock behind and taking a small gain. Based on Steve's comments in the shareholder letter (yes, I take him at his word and don't think he is scamming any of us), I believe we are set for some great news within the next 3-4 months. CES is only 2 months away and I hope this CES is the one that finally doesn't disappoint. We will see.
