Find a legit Chiropractor one that deals with athletes and have him/her evaluate your situation. I just went to one last week for my left shoulder. Has been bothering me for years from stupid injuries in the weight room when I was younger. I suspected mine was rotator cuff related however after about an hour of manipulating my arm/shoulder basically came down to inflammation. I have underwent 2 sessions of "dry needle acupuncture" and it is amazing the relief I have just from doing that. Rotator cuff is the most misdiagnosed cause and so many unnecessary surgeries performed yearly that in the end those that do have surgery end up worse off then before the surgery even with an MRI diagnosis. That area of the shoulder is just so complex and lots of tendons/muscles tie into that area wouldn't hurt to get a second opinion.
