SSWH: just finished my first bottle of this stuff today, overall it's excellent. I initially bought it for chronic pain, and it does take a bit of the edge off for sure, but 250 mg, which is the lowest dosage, is not really enough. Depending on the severity of your pain, would prob need the 1000mg or even 1500mg for pain management.
Where it really benefits me however is as a sleep aid, I typically sleep like shite, I take a dropper of this before bed and I'm out like a light till morning.
