John, I like the direction Derek is going. But if it it raising the os count to say 1.6 billion?

Your smart...you do the math what do you think the PPS will be? Not good

I am just saying it would be really nice to see them use their own money for this next phase, and keep the os count at the current level. Then this would be a great buy now and hold opportunity.

You see they do not care about the common shares, i believe they can legally just RS to consolidate the books and then re issue shares to themselves again.

They are making money now.

It would be nice to see them use their own money now, instead of giving away millions of shares for 1 million dollars.

I hope they could bring in an investor like canopy growth just did. They gave away 10% of the company for something like $275 million.
