I agree. The financial numbers were really bad. I don't even have to talk further about that.
We all read the financials

If i were to believe Derek for his word, which i don't.

I like the idea on expanding in San Diego and LA, but where is he going to get the money?

He cannot dilute the common shares anymore than he has already, can he ? YES

What are we going to have 2 billion OS count? and .15 pps?. YES

Look on the bright side Derek will own all these new cash cow assets.

I do like that the change of seed at the NJ facility will not cost too much to switch over to MJ.

I understand the direction Derek is heading. It makes sense for him, but it sucks for the shareholders who invested early with the company.

He pretty much said he will continue to use the tools afforded him to grow the company.

Which means he will continue to dilute and use any toxic financing he can get in the future.
This will also lead to increasing the OS count to obscene levels.

This leaves us in a bad spot for maybe another 2 years. Unless the feds reschedule sooner.

Again i can't say this enough. Doing a reverse split to make your company look better on paper after diluting the common share down to pennies is not a good thing for us.

Keeping the os count where it is now, and executing the CA expansion would be so much better for the shareholders. It is the difference between taking a vacation or buying a new house with your profits.

I would like to see them expand in CA using their own money....and stop diluting. Then once the feds reschedule. Like Derek said this will explode to god knows how high.
