Mypointz, I don't know of any company or company executive that will intentionally come out and tell you that they're committing a fraud and produce tangible evidence do you? Auditors and Foresinc Accountings look for circumstances which creates a high likelyhood that Fraud can occur.

I know when I mention Internal Control you pobably don't really understand what it means. When I talk about COSO Framework developed by the Treadway Commission you probably can't releate. So if I make my point using these concepts as a point of reference it probably makes no sense to you.
