Yes, people are already attempting to conflate the holding company with the original battery company as though they've been the same thing.

No, you're going to get fleeced. The battery company will enrich the Chinese owners privately.

Question is, why did a billion dollar Chinese company need a dirty shell with legal issues and owner disputes to gain access to American capital on the OTC, which is peanuts compared to their supposed resources?
