BMSPF Update: From the 3rd Quarter MD&A

Our Current Business:

The first week of November the Company attended a meeting in Minneapolis with Amec Foster Wheeler to review the engineering for construction of Natchitoches plant. The detailed discussions resulted in agreement to some changes to plant layout that will provide considerable savings in construction costs and make plant very efficient. Amec Foster Wheeler will provide a not to exceed price in December. The Company is projecting a construction start date for April 2018.
