The act of MJ becoming recreational legal in California (Jan. 2018) will be a larger catalyst than the vote of it becoming legal in the future (Nov. 2016) in the same state.

Plus the company is stronger now than last year.

California becomes recreational legal in Jan. 2018, only seven weeks away. The entire MJ sector surged up to Nov. 7 last year. There will be a bigger effect in California leading up to January.
