Carpetmike, according to this, DLP was spun out and the former president, who I think it is that you are referring to, left with DLP, which was the company fulfilling the contract according to the other release. It says, "The spin-out will be accompanied by the resignation of DLP founder Kevin Stone from the TLED board of directors and from his position as company President and CTO. Mr. Stone will continue as President and CTO of the independent DLP, which will continue its operations from the Farmers Branch, TX headquarters."

I would check again or else check with DLP or Rosco just to be sure.
