Companies sometimes increase a/s prior to an aquisition, or a merger. Increasing the a/s also signals truth in there being no reverse split because r/s's are not allowed after an increase in a/s. So I wouldn't really be too concerned here. But I will keep a good eye on what they do next. Like CHART MASTER I'm watching chart signals.
