I agree with both posts. And understand, the longer the timeline the greater the chance for deviation and delays. The further you look into the future, the more obscure and blurred it becomes. There are certainly a multitude of factors and options in play here, both ST and LT which hopefully will allow investors multiple opportunities to enter and exit CYTR with their investment and profits intact, which has not necessarily been the case in the past. My primary concern is with funding, and I recall that it was indicated by someone at CYTR, DH perhaps, that it would be necessary to increase in A/S in order to fund future operations and developments and would be addressed in the immediate future after the R/S was approved and NASDAQ compliance regained. I never saw or heard confirmation of that first hand but it certainly is plausible given CYTR's past, and another reason I was so against the R/S. If SK said no further dilution, he was speaking to the present A/S count. He really can't dilute much at present. BUT,I fear that is likely forthcoming and will be put forward to SH's for a vote SOONer rather than LADR. If so, I suppose we'll hear about it SOON ENOUGH! And there will be no option or alternative to a yes vote except....YOU GUESSED IT!

All IMO. GLTA & CYTR!
