Hey everyone,

I have been an owner of NEWC shares for some time, and followed the postings on here occasionally but only just recently signed up in order to post as well.

I spoke with my bank today regarding the De-listed stock in question, and what does/does not transpire.

Sometimes they can get relisted, rarely they give out a dividend to shareholders for the trouble etc.

Sometimes the company mails out further info, often you don't hear anything back whatsoever.

In any case, after I got off the phone with my brokerage, I figured "what the heck, I'm going to call Mr. Campo and see if I can get through or get any more info on things".

Much to my surprise, John answered and we had a brief chat.

He can try and get relisted, or possibly get a merge going with another company and issue shares after the merg to shareholders based on the value of the other company being merged with and other factors in a given ratio.
I asked if the mining operations and cannabis related business would stay together or if he planned on separating the different business ventures, and he indicated they would stay together.

Maybe all is not lost, but at this point I figure I may as well wait a bit and see what happens rather than just writing everything off as a loss right away, cause its already 100% lost anyhow until anything changes.

I'm in Canada here, and definitely appreciate having people at the very least communicate and make some sort of effort when they are available to talk.

Another company I own shares of in the US has a cease trade order restriction placed on it by the regulating body in Canada, and when I tried phoning and leaving a message with THEM I didn't even hear anything back.
