No the opposite, you are confused. When he R/S lets say 10:1 the 12 billion O/S becomes 1.2 billion which is roughly 2/3 of where we are now much more controllable. He will still have 1 billion shares to dilute (current a/s 1.8 billion shares and will become 180 million in my scenario) in order to dilute and get money they need to be able to for lack of a better way of saying it dilute. at .0001 they can't sell shares to anyone. but after an R/s at .0007 now they are at .007 and dilution of 500 million shares and an 80% loss in stock value still leaves them at .0024 with more dilution to follow.

see how this works create tons of shares, R/s them to less shares, and carry on as a going concern and your pay doesn't change. the share holders pay most certainly changes unless you manage to 6x the value of the company to offset the dilution.

They need an announcement of recurring monthly income from this product that is meaningful even $10,000 will do or this isn't going anywhere higher.

See everyone that says an R/S isn't going to happen is either willfully ignorant, new to this, or intentionally acting uniformed.
