I don't think Vigil would have took over the company if she was a scammer and though she was being watched. If she was not going to do anything with the shell why did she take it?

No doubt in my mind she is going to run it at some point. She has no problem running her other ticker. She ran her other ticker big 4 times in the past year.

Vigil is not the kind of CEO that plays the bottom. She pumps them up first. She plays the game a lot different then the past CEO. He liked to dump them in the low trips. Vigil might convert them in the low trips, but she dumps them way higher then that.

She makes people money that have the time and patience to wait for her to make her moves.

$ILST will have it's day! IMHO
