Looks like big panic selling due to the filing not coming out on time to meet shareholders expectations.. still I think the chart looks ok for a rebound, the selling has been much lighter volume than the buying during the run up last week. In my opinion it's not dilution either, figuring the OS is about 1.2 billion I'd say it's just panic selling.... And market makers accommodating shareholders emotions by churning it down here..
