I honestly think The Company needs to put out a tweet ASAP giving the market a clear answer on how many shares from the last round of conversions were issued and tell us if they think those dilutive overhang shares have all been liquidated!

On the verge of major merger news it would provide the 1 glaring remaining answer required to remove the lingering uncertainty here!
